Civic engagement is about strengthening communities through meaningful action, collaboration, and democratic participation. At the Center for Civic Education & Justice (CCEJ), we help students connect their passions with opportunities to create positive change on campus, in the Champaign-Urbana community, and beyond. Our Approach

We believe meaningful civic engagement extends beyond one-time acts of service.
