Racial Justice Allies & Advocates
The Racial Justice Allies and Advocates Training engages students, faculty, and staff in exploring the historical and contemporary structures of racism and their impact on individuals, institutions, and communities. Through dialogue, reflection, and practical skill-building, participants develop the knowledge, confidence, and tools to practice allyship, engage across differences, and contribute to a more just, inclusive, and civically engaged University of Illinois community.
