The Racial Justice Allies and Advocates Training program is designed to provide students, faculty, and staff with a core awareness of the structures of racism, its role in interpersonal relationships, and empower allies to elevate the voices of underrepresented populations at the University of Illinois.

Yes, you must have completed RJAA 1.0 in order to take RJAA 2.0
RJAA 1.0 is designed to create a shared understanding of the concepts covered in 2.0 and we build upon those concepts with new content.
